Day 1 blog challenge – Finding your focus

This blog post is in response to Natalie’s 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge Day 1

Day one in the personal blog challenge had all participants think about our biggest challenges that block us to find our focus.

Coming to think of it, I realized that one challenge is to stay focused on the core values. To concentrate on what the real intentions were!
I realized I tend to “branch out” too much, think five steps ahead, get caught up, then procrastinate and frustrated. Taking it step-by-step and not getting lost in the overall big picture can be a challenge!

Another area to improve on is to really dedicate and stick to fixed times to achieve the set goals. Yes, time can be pretty limited but especially if that is the case one needs to use the time wisely and stay focused!
I am dedicated, but I can as well get easily distracted by doing spontaneous activities or by social media that then take precious hours away. There is always time for what you really want to do! Find your ‘weak spots’ and stop trapping into those ‘time-wasters’!

Last but not least, it is important to keep the trust in yourself and your idea! Others may talk you down, wrinkle their noses – but you have to go for it! Good vibes are contagious – unfortunately bad ones, too. Don’t let negativity influence you! It is so much better to put the energy into the good!

Stay focused and use your energy and time wisely!

I hope you enjoyed part 1 one of the blog challenge, stay tuned and

have a lovely day
